Performing at the Shallotte Senior Center on Main St. Shallotte, NC on Oct.30th.2009. The Senior Center opens for jam at 7:00 PM and the band will start performing soon thereafter. This band is from Banner Elk up in the mountains of North Carolina. The band members consist of Charlie Taylor (lead vocals and guitar), BJ Taylor (vocals and moonshine jug), Amber Stanley (fiddle), and Corbit Bryan (bass). The band loves to play bluegrass and gospel music. Some of the songs they are well known for are “East Virginia Blues”, “I Hear a Choo Choo”, “Brown Mountain Lights”, “Fox on the Run”, “Lonesome River”, and “Old Home Place” just to name a few.
